Comrie Croft
Over the past 10 years Comrie Croft has been converted into an eco-friendly campsite, café, farm shop and bike trails and has won a number of awards including a Gold Award for Green Tourism. If you can tear yourself away from the pretty location, you can head out and explore Comrie, a picturesque village on the banks of the River Earn.
Comrie lies on the edge of the Highlands and offers amazing dedicated walking and biking trails, beautiful waterfalls and ruined castles. As well as checking out the wildlife park, whisky distillery, pubs, cafés and independent shops close by, you can take a hike up the 3000ft Ben Chonzie, or take in one of the village’s historic buildings, including the Grade-A listed White Church which dates back to 1805.
