Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Oct 2018 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 8 – 10 Nov, 22 Dec 2018 – 3 Jan, 15 – 17 Feb 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £15 per room is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Feb 2019 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12 noon.
• Double or twin standard rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior double £20, family room £30 or executive double £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Option 2 includes dinner on the first night with a £20 per person allowance towards the table d’hôte menu; subject to change.
• Children are permitted; children under 12 years of age can be accommodated in a family room for £15 per child B&B (if paying child supplement, you do not need to pay a room upgrade supplement). Max of 2 children in a family room when sharing with 2 adults.
• Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £5 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Free onsite parking.
• Includes an arrival drink at the bar choosing from a glass of wine, pint of beer or spirit & mixer.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
