• Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan 2017 until Fri 31 Mar 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday night stays and £20 for Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Mar 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. 
• Double or twin superior room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes 3 course dinner; menu is subject to change.
• Please note: £5 supplement for both steaks and £2 supplement for cheese and biscuits.
• Free on-street parking available.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount; members can bring cots for children aged 3 and under for free.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
