"A lovely day out spent here with lots to do for all, couples, families, friends and canine friends alike. Beautiful grounds and views alike, the castle very interesting and the guides there very knowledgeable. Had a lovely chat with Bill, he shared lots of additional information about the castle, local stories and real accounts of experiences shared by visitors and staff. Lovely setting, a whole day could be spent here in good weather with a packed lunch." 
 
"Visited this lovely Castle on the water edge. Gardens well-maintained and inside was really stunning. You are able to join a guided tour round the castle or just go at your own pace. There are guides to answer any questions you may wish to be answered. There is a park to walk round too. A really lovely place to visit." 
 
"Fantastic house set in a stunning location. The house is interesting, and the Adam’s ceilings are worth the journey alone. Great gardens with lots of grounds to explore. There are walks to the beach with the hope of seeing dolphins and/or whales. Find the Camellia house as it’s a little gem. The stables with shops and restaurant are well worth a visit too."
