• Voucher is valid from 12th Oct until 20th Dec 2015; subject to availability.
• City Centre valid: Mon-Sat 9.30am-11.30am, limited availability on Sat. Byres Road valid: 7 days 9.30am-11.30am, limited availability on Sat & Sun. 
• Sat morning availability is extremely limited and will fill up early, members are advised to book well in advance to avoid any disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be booked by 1st Dec 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2.
• Tables are required back after 1hr 30mins. 
• Sorry, group bookings are not permitted. 
• £1.50 supplement for coffee, please pay direct to Cup. 
• Vegetarian alternatives available, sorry no gluten, vegan or wheat free alternatives. 
• Sorry, no wheelchair access at Cup Tea Lounge. Byres Road is fully accessible. 
• Children permitted. 
• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your preferred reservation. 
• Members can upgrade to tea bags for £1.50 supplement; or to any of Cup's tea using the £4.50 value of the Afternoon Blend loose leaf tea towards it. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
