• Option 1 voucher is valid until Tue 31 Jan 2017, 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 24 - 26, 31 Dec 2016 and 1 Jan 2017. No advance booking required.
• Option 2 and 3 voucher is valid Tue 31 Jan 2017, Wed 6pm, Fri – Sun 3pm; subject to availability. Excludes Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and 24 - 26, 31 Dec 2016 and 1 Jan 2017. Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Jan 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Option 1: Choice of cocktail from Tia Rum Frappe, Mary Pickford, Mai Tai, Coconut Daiquiri, Cherry and watermelon sling, Classic Daiquiri; alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink. Max of 4 vouchers per group.
• Option 2 and 3: Set tasting of rums and choice of nibbles from the nibbles menu; alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink. Max of 40 people per sitting.
• Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 2 hours during busy periods.

• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption.  Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
