• Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Mar 2017, 7 days, subject to availability. A supplementary charge of £30 per room per night is required for Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Excludes 23 Dec 2016 - 2 Jan, 4, 11-14, 25 Feb 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Feb 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Check in 3pm, check out 11am. 
• Standard castle double available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a themed double room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dinner is 2 courses from a set menu which is subject to change.
• Free onsite parking available.
• Children permitted; Children are classed as age 3 – 14 yrs and require a supplementary charge of £35 per child per night B&B, under 3’s in a cot require a supplementary charge of £15 per child per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
