• Voucher is valid from Mon 6 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days 2.30pm - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes 13-16 Feb and 20-22 Mar 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 28 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Group bookings are subject to availability.
• Afternoon tea only. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change.
• Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Any dietary requirements must be discussed directly with the hotel at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes a bottle of Prosecco to share; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1 hour 30 minutes. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
