• Voucher is valid until Sun 28 Aug 2016; subject to availability.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; one voucher can be used per member per transaction.
• Orders must be placed online.
• An elasticated 8-10mm freshwater pearl bracelet, featuring a sterling silver quatrefoil tag and a cluster of 3-8mm freshwater pearls.
• Postage charged at £5 per item for UK (signature required), Europe £15 per item and worldwide £25 per item. London same day delivery £20 per item; payable to Dower and Hall. Orders over £75, postage is free.
• If members wish to collect in store select please ‘click & collect’ when booking: this is free of charge and expected collection is 2-5 working days.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
• We hope you're delighted with your order, however if for any reason you are not fully satisfied we're happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your goods.  All items must be returned in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• In the event of goods being returned, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items. We will refund the voucher cost within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
• The delivery times provided are approximate and do not guarantee a delivery date unless otherwise stated.
• Please send the item(s) back in the original packaging with the paperwork to: Returns, Dower & Hall, 11-12 Lion Yard, Tremadoc Road, London, SW4 7NQ
• Please also email specialorders@dowerandhall.com to inform Dower and Hall you wish to exchange or return, so they know to expect your parcel and can process your request efficiently.
• When returning items we strongly advise you to obtain proof of posting. We recommend using Special or Recorded Delivery Royal Mail services and cannot be held responsible for any returned items until they reach us.
• Dower and Hall cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
• Items can be exchanged at any Dower and Hall stores (not refunded) but cannot be exchanged or returned to Dower & Hall concessions or stockists.
• Bespoke and engraved items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty.
