Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required per night for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 28 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Please note a pre-card authorisation of £200 will be required; this will be released back on check-out provided no damage; please discuss directly with Dreamhouse Apartments.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard two bedroom apartment with one bathroom, a large living and dining room, and a fully fitted kitchen.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a VIP Package containing 2 x bottles of red or white wine, fruit basket and chocolates; subject to change.
• Secure off-street parking in City West (on request); no parking available in City Centre.
• Max of 2 children ages 12 and under permitted free of charge when using existing beds; z beds are available for a supplementary charge of £30 per bed per night and cots are available on request; please discuss directly with Dreamhouse Apartments.
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
