• Apr - May: 
• Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Apr 2021 until Mon 31 May 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 24 May 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Jun - Sep:
• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jun 2021 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes 23 -25 Jun, 7 - 22 Aug and 21 - 23 Sep 2021.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• A supplementary charge of £40 is required for Friday and Saturday stays throughout Apr - Sep; payable directly to hotel.
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights. 
• Check-in 2.30pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Overnight stay: stay in a City double or twin room.
• 3 night stay: stay in a Quay view double or twin room.
• Upgrades to suites are available; please discuss directly with the hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 2 children permitted in an upgraded family room; please discuss with and pay directly to the hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
