Small print

• Voucher is valid until 21st June 2016; Sun - Thur; subject to availability.
• All stays must be between Sun-Thurs, i.e. latest checkout possible is Friday morning.
• Excludes; Fridays and Saturdays and 11th Feb - 20th Feb; 24th March - 16th April; 28th April - 2nd May; 27th May to 31st May 2016
• Voucher must be booked by 1st June 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Check-in between 3pm and 9:30pm; check-out at 10am
• Glamping Pods are well heated
• Standard glamping pods: please bring sleeping bags/duvet covers/duvet/sheets; sleeping bags and liners can be hired; please discuss at time of booking
• Children permitted; chidlren must be under the supervision of parent/guardian at all times; max of 4 children in a pod along with one parent/guardian
• Pets permitted, max of 2 pets permitted; any damage caused by pets must be paid before leaving
• Please note: if the property is left in an unacceptable condition, this will result in an additional cleaning surcharge of £10 payable before leaving
• Please ensure you bring a head torch and or torch per person as the solar powered lighting may be dim
• Parking available; please park in the sign posted car park and use the wheel barrows provided, to ferry belongings up to reception
• Music is only permitted if it cannot be heard by other guests and is not permitted after 9pm
• A strict no smoking policy is in place 
• Sorry upgrades are not available 
• Sorry, multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
