Small print

• Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Mar 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 4, 25 Feb and 18 Mar 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 28 Feb 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in from 3pm, late check-out 12.30pm (usually 10.30am).
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Fountain Court.
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount; Guest beds are free for 1 child under 12 and £30 per night for anyone over 12. Only 1 extra guest bed will be allowed in any apartment.
• Option 1: Royal Garden only (1 bed apartment)
• A supplementary charge of £20 per apartment per night is required for Friday and Saturday; payable directly to Fountain Court.
• One double bedroom.
• Sorry, no parking available.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• Option 2: Royal Garden or EQ2 (2 bed apartment)
• A supplementary charge of £30 per apartment per night is required for Friday and Saturday; payable directly to Fountain Court.
• Parking available at EQ2 for a supplementary charge of £10 per car per night; payable directly to Fountain Court.
• 2 bedroom apartment has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (other bed configurations may be available on request).
• Upgrade to a three bedroom apartment for a supplementary charge of £30 per apartment per night (£60 on Friday and Saturday); only available at EQ2; payable directly to Fountain Court.
• Max of 2 dogs are permitted at EQ2 only for a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to Fountain Court.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
