• Voucher is valid from Sun 6 Jun 2021 until Sun 26 Sept 2021, valid Sundays only; subject to availability. Excludes Mon - Sat.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Sept 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin classic room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge: classic room with castle view £15, privilege room £35 or superior castle facing room £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a £22pp dinner allowance valid against a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. No gluten / wheat free options available. Please note voucher spend must be used in full, no change will be given. Max of 2 people per table.
• Includes a bottle of house red or white wine in room on arrival; please advise hotel when booking. Alcohol cannot be substituted for soft drinks.
• Nearby paid parking available at Q Car Park by the Omni Centre.
• Max of 1 child permitted; children aged 12 years and under can be accommodated in a classic room free of charge paying for all meals as taken, using the existing bedding.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
