• Voucher is valid from Sun 6 Dec 2020 until Sat 31 Jul 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 12, 19, 22 Dec 2020, 1 Jan- 25 Apr 2021.
• A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jul 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Options 1 & 2: Check-in 2.30pm, check-out 11am.
• Options 3 & 4: Check-in 2.30pm, late check-out 1pm.
• City Room: Stay in a double or twin City Room.
• Superior Room: Stay in a Castle View Superior Room. Rooms can be upgraded to Castle View Superior with a balcony for a supplementary charge per room per night to be discussed with and paid directly to the hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. 
• Superior Room: Includes breakfast each morning. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 2 children permitted when sharing with 2 adults or 3 children when sharing with one adult. An upgrade to a family room is required for a supplementary charge of £40 per night. Children under 12 eat free for breakfast and dinner. Please discuss directly with hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
