• Voucher is valid until 31st May 2015, Sun-Thurs; subject to availability.
• Fri night stays are additional £25 and Sat night are additional £35. Please discuss and pay direct to Edinburgh Townhouse at time of booking. 
• Voucher excludes 20th, 21st & 22nd March and 5th-6th April 2015.  
• Vouchers must be booked by 10th May 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

• Sorry, children are not permitted. Edinburgh Townhouse is strictly for over 14's only, who are classed as adults. 
• Itison members will receive 40% off breakfast at nearby Ricks, 55a Frederick St. Please discuss with Edinburgh Townhouse at time of booking.
• Check in 3pm, check out 10am. Members are able to drop off bags from 10.30am before check in and store them after check out at hotel until 2pm. 
• Sorry, hotel is not suitable for wheelchair users or those who have trouble with stairs as located on the third floor. 
• Classic double or twin room available. Sorry, no upgrades available. 
• Sorry, multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive night stays however stays may be extended for an additional charge. Please discuss with Edinburgh Townhouse at time of booking. 
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your stay.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
