• Voucher is valid until Sun 30 Apr 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Apr 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.  
• Double or twin rooms available. Double river view or attic room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: classic river view £20 or principal river view £35; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Overnight plus dinner option includes a £32.50 pp dinner allowance, valid towards the a la carte menu; menu can be viewed here and is subject to change.
• Free parking available.
• Children permitted and classed as ages 12 and under, paying for all meals as taken. Max 1 child. Please note there are limited family rooms are available; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Pets are permitted; max of 1 pet. Please note pets are not permitted to be left in rooms unsupervised.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
