• Voucher is valid until Sat 31 Oct 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, late check-out 1pm.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: king or family £20; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2: Includes afternoon tea with glass of fizz each. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a bottle of house red, white or rose wine on arrival in room. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child permitted; must upgrade to a family room for £20 per night, child classed age up to 12.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Hotel is wheelchair accessible, but no accessible bedrooms available. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
