Small print

• Voucher is valid from 6 Feb until 13 Mar Mar 2016, Wed - Sat, 11am arrival time for 11.30am sailing & 1.30pm arrival time for 2pm sailing; subject to availability.
• Exclusions: Mondays and Tuesdays, except 8, 9, 15 & 16 Feb 2016.
• Reservations must be made by Mon 29th Feb 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Please note that outdoor activities may be cancelled due to bad weather conditions. 
• Children under 1 are free but are included in headcount. 
• Wheelchair access.
• Members need to arrive at least 30 minutes before their sailing time; maximum 80 people per boat.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted, max 3 per person.
• Visitors are welcome to experience other attractions that may be going on at the site at that time.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
