Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 11 Mar 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, valid Mon - Fri 2pm - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max 2 vouchers per table.
• Afternoon tea menu only with tea or coffee; menu is subject to change. Filter tea and coffee is available for unlimited refills, please note supplements may apply to other teas / coffees. Please liaise directly with the venue.
• A supplementary charge of £2 is required per person to add soup; payable directly to restaurant.
• Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Options 1 & 3: Includes 125ml glass of fizz each.
• Option 2: Includes a bottle of fizz to share.
• Option 4: Includes 2 bottles of fizz to share.
• Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
