Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sat 5 Oct 2019 until Sun 15 Dec 2019, Wed – Sun 12noon – 4pm (last booking 3pm); subject to availability.
• Excludes Mondays – Tuesdays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person / table.
• Winter afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes a glass of mulled wine or cranberry fizz each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
