• Merchant City: Voucher is valid from Thur 28 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Dec 2019, valid 7 days, valid for sittings 12noon, 1.45pm, 3.30pm; subject to availability. Excludes 25 & 26 Dec 2018.
• Renfield Street: Voucher is valid from Thur 28 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Dec 2019, Sun - Fri, valid for sittings 12noon, 1.45pm, 3.30pm; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays and 25 & 26 Dec 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 10 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Online bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 4 vouchers permitted.
• Max of 4 vouchers per table.
• Festive afternoon tea menu only. Menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free, vegan and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• £5 supplement per person applies for gluten free afternoon tea requests; payable to Cup directly.
• Please note £0.35p charge will apply for takeaway boxes.
• Includes a choice of a gin & tonic, a 125ml glass of wine (red, white or rose), a 125ml glass of mulled wine, a 125ml glass of Prosecco or a bottled beer per person. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 90 mins.  
• Wheelchair access available at Merchant City; please advise restaurant at time of booking to arrange.
• No wheelchair access available in Renfield Street.
• Children permitted; alcohol permitted to over 18s only.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
