• Voucher is valid until Mon 31 Dec 2018, 7 days, 12noon, 1.45pm and 3.30pm only; subject to availability.
• Excludes 25, 26 Dec 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 21 Dec 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Online bookings only; bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.
• Max of 4 vouchers per table.
• Festive afternoon tea only.
• Menu can be viewed here; subject to change.
• A supplementary charge of 35p is required per person for takeaway boxes; payable directly to restaurant.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. A supplementary charge of £5 is required for gluten free afternoon tea; payable directly to restaurant.
• Includes a drink each choosing from: gin & tonic, a glass of wine, mulled wine, a glass of Prosecco or a bottle of beer; subject to change. Must be 18+ for alcohol.
• Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Table required back after 1hr 30mins.
• Limited wheelchair access available; please notify when booking.
• Children permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
