• Overnight stays
• Voucher is valid from Mon 17 Feb 2020 until Sun 21 Jun 2020, Sun - Thur; subject to availability. Excludes Sat - Sun, 2 - 20 Apr and 7 - 26 May 2020. Please note when booking you will have to select 2 nights, then specify which night you wish to stay.
• 2 night stays
• Voucher is valid from Mon 17 Feb 2020 until Sat 20 Jun 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes  2 - 20 Apr and 7 - 26 May 2020. A supplementary charge of £30 per night is required for Fri & Sat stays; payable directly to Ecocamp Glenshee.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 8 Jun 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 per person; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out 10am. 
• Overnight stays: Includes late check-out 11am.
• Romantic pod option sleeps two: double bed and internal heating.
• Luxury family pod option sleeps up to four: double bed plus two mattresses which converts into a sofa in the day; includes internal heating.
• The Goods Wagon option sleeps up to five: double bed and 3 full sized bunks.
• The Howff option sleeps up to ten: 10 futon style mattresses, stacked away during the day and pulled out to sleep.
• Bed linen not included but can be added for a supplement; please book directly.
• Sleeping bags can be hired for a supplementary charge of £2 per night; payable directly to Ecocamp Glenshee.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Ecocamp Glenshee.
• Breakfast and barbeque packs can be ordered for a supplement; please book directly.
• Limited hot tubs are available for a a supplement, subject to availability; please book directly.
• If the property is left in an unacceptable condition, this will result in an additional cleaning surcharge of £30 payable before leaving. Any breakages must be paid for before leaving; payable directly to Ecocamp Glenshee.
• Music is only permitted if it cannot be heard by other guests and is not permitted after 9pm.
• All lighting is solar powered and bringing a torch is recommended.
• Please park in the sign posted car park and use the wheel barrows provided in the shelter to ferry your belongings up to reception, via the solar lit path.
• Communal Bothy available providing cooking utensils and hot water.
• Ecocamp operate a strictly no smoking policy inside all accommodation including the toilets and Bothy.
• Max of 2 dogs permitted; any damage caused by pets must be paid before leaving directly to Ecocamp Glenshee.
• Romantic pod option: no children permitted.
• Luxury family pod option: max of 2 children permitted within overall headcount.
• Goods Wagon and The Howff: Children permitted within overall headcount.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
