• Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Sep 2024 until Sat 30 Nov 2024, 7 days, 11am - 4pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 22 Nov 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Max of 2 vouchers per table. 
• Afternoon tea only; menu subject to change. 
• Leftovers cannot be stored.
• No food or drink except water in plastic bottles is permitted in the leisure centre.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Option 2: Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 
• Includes up to 2 hours of leisure access after the afternoon tea; access vouchers will be issued after afternoon tea. Leisure access available: weekdays until 8pm, weekends until 7pm. Please note sauna and steam room will close 30mins prior to facility closing times.
• Suitable for 16+.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Please note parking is not available at the hotel.
• No children permitted.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
