• Voucher is valid from Tue 22 Apr until Sun 30 Nov 2025, Tue - Sun; subject to availability. 
• Sat/Sun bookings require a £10pp supplement; payable directly.
• Treatments can be taken Tue, Fri - Sun 10am - 5.30pm, Wed - Thu 12noon - 7.30pm.
• Leisure access available Tue - Fri 7am - 9pm & Sat - Sun 8am - 9pm.
• Pool will be closed for essential maintenance on 6 Oct for around 1 month. Please contact Hotel directly for exact re-opening date.
• Excludes Mondays. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Nov 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Treatments should be confirmed at time of booking.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. 
• Includes access to leisure facilities, robe, towel and slippers.
• Includes afternoon tea. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Options 2 & 3: Includes a glass of Prosecco. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Treatment duration: approx. 25 minutes. Options for 1, 2 or 3 treatments.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available.

• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
