Duration approx. 2 - 3hrs.
Minimum height 1.4m, maximum weight 20.5 stone (130kg).
Dress appropriately for the weather. Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty and closed toe and heel shoes with flat soles.
Stomach must be covered and long hair must be tied back. Gloves are recommended.
Experience does require a degree of physical fitness, if you can climb a rope ladder you should be fine. Instructors are on hand to help and support you.

Meeting point: From Peebles follow the A72 towards Galashiels for 1.5 miles and the entrance for Glentress is signposted to the left hand side. Coming from the east take the A72 towards Peebles and just after the village of Cardrona (and MacDonald Hotel) the entrance for Glentress is signposted to the right. The Go Ape course is approx 500m (a 10-minute walk) from the bike shop and cafe, up a gentle hill into the forest. There is a car park next to the Go Ape Cabin.
