Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 29 Nov 2019 until Fri 28 Feb 2020, Mon, Wed, Thur 9.30am – 10pm, Fri 9.30am – 6pm, Sat – Sun 9.30am – 3.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Tuesdays, 25 - 27 Dec 2019 and 1 - 2 Jan 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 12+. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Duration approx. 1hr 15mins including briefing. Escape experience lasts 1hr.
• Option 1: Max of 4 people per group.
• Option 2: Max of 6 people per group.
• Not recommended for those who are pregnant, have a pacemaker or are of a nervous disposition.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
