• Voucher is valid until Wed 5 Sept 2018, Sun – Fri; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Saturdays and 26 Aug 2018.
• A supplementary charge of £50 per room per night is required for Friday stays; payable directly to hotel on arrival.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 31 Aug 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.  
• Multiple purchases not permitted. 
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin duplex available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night for the following: Luxe junior suite £25 and Eclectic Grand Suite or Opus Grand Suite £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £130 per room per night Sunday - Thur; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Please note breakfast is not included.
• Includes afternoon tea with a gin teapot and unlimited tea and coffee; menu is subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat, dairy free and halal options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Max of 1 child ages 12 and under permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 per child per night for an extra bed when sharing with 2 adults; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted; guide dogs only.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
