Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sat 30 Sept 2018, 7 days, 10am only; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Sept 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• Weekend bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking; one reschedule is permitted 7 days before your booking.
• Participants must arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
• Each canoe can hold up to 4 people; can seat up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, however they are not limited to these numbers and can seat 1 or 2 people at a time.  The 2 + 2 seating capacity is for children under 8 years old. If any of the participants are older than 8 then the capacity is limited to 3 persons.
• Participants will be issued with a compulsory bouyancy aid.  Wetsuits are optional and available to hire for £2pp.
• Duration approx. 2hrs.
• Multiple purchases permitted. 
• Participants must sign waiver.
• Suitable for ages 5+; children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Max of 4 people per group.
• No height restrictions.
• Participants must weigh less than 18 stone and be fully mobile.
• No swimming experience needed, buoyancy aid supplied and must be worn.
• Reasonable level of fitness required.
• Cancellations may occur due to adverse weather conditions; in such instances another date will be made available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
