• Voucher is valid from Fri 28 Feb 2020 until Sat 26 Sept 2020, Fri 10am - 5pm and Sat 10am - 4.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sundays - Thursdays and 8 - 9, 16 May 2020.
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 31 Aug 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases are not permitted.
• Suitable for all ages.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.
• Cut, blow dry, Wella conditioning treatment and scalp massage.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Appointments are with Kelly only.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
