• Voucher is valid from Thur 4 Apr 2019 until Sun 29 Sep 2019, Thur - Sun; subject to availability.
• Excludes Mondays – Wednesdays and 26 - 28 Jul, 3 - 6 Sep 2019.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Aug 2019 (we don't want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 2pm on the day prior to your arrival.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 includes a 2 course dinner, choosing a starter and main only; vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options available. Menu can be viewed here and is subject to change. A supplementary charge of £3.75 is required per person per dish for the following: 8oz Hallmark sirloin steak, catch of the day and £5.75 for 10oz Hallmark ribeye steak; payable directly to hotel.
• Max of 3 children permitted; children ages 12 years and under stay free of charge when sharing with 2 adults. Includes breakfast, all other meals charged as taken.
• Max of 3 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per dog per night - includes bowl and treat.
• Additional days parking charged at £4 per car per day.
• Hotel transfers are available during selected times, please book in advance directly with the hotel. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
