• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Sep 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, Tue - Wed & Fri 10am-5.30pm, Thur 10am-9pm, and Sat 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Sun - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Option 1 treatment duration approx. 40 mins.
• Option 2 treatment duration approx. 60 mins - full face wax 30 mins and definition brows 30 mins.
• Waxing benefits vary from member to member, depending on rate of hair growth. Benefits of Definition Brows will last up to a month depending on lifestyle and maintenance. Option 2:  Waxing consists of all hair removed from your lip, cheeks, sideburns, chin and nose.
• Definition brows requires a patch test - please contact the salon to arrange 24 - 48 hours before your appointment day.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
