• Voucher is valid until 6th November 2016; subject to availability.
• Strictly one voucher can be redeemed per customer.
• New account holders only.
• Upon redeeming your voucher and setting up HelloFresh account, a £1 charge will be applied.  This will be automatically refunded once your account has been successfully activated.
• Free delivery to mainland UK.  For areas outwith, please discuss with HelloFresh direct.
• Delivery days will be on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
• Expected delivery - 7 working days.  In order to get a box the following week you need to order by Wednesday 23:59 PM the week prior. 
• Please note that due to the production processes used by HelloFresh and our suppliers, our boxes may contain small traces of the following allergens in addition to the allergens stated above and on our recipe cards: Celery; Crustaceans; Eggs; Fish; Gluten; Lactose; Lupin; Molluscs; Nuts (including Pine Nuts); Peanuts; Sesame; Soya; Sulphites and Sulphur Dioxide.
• Note, HelloFresh is flexible subscriptions company: Once you have redeemed your voucher you’ll be signed up to a rolling weekly subscription. Subscription can be cancelled at any time before Wednesday the week before your next scheduled delivery. The discount is not available on trial boxes and gift vouchers.
• To cancel your subscription please follow these instructions:
• You may deactivate a contract at any time, however you must do so by the Wednesday the week before your delivery, to deactivate you must email hello@hellofresh.co.uk by 7pm, or;
  1. Go to My Orders on the menu to the left
  2. Choose the subscription you'd like to deactivate and click it
  3. Select the edit button at the top of My Subscriptions
  4. Click on 'deactivate my subscription'
  5. Follow the steps to deactivate
• This item is non-refundable and we encourage you to check your goods upon receipt. 
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
• Whilst we're sure you'll be delighted with your order, if there is a fault please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
• The delivery times provided are approximate and do not guarantee a delivery date unless otherwise stated.
