Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 16 Jun 2021 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-refundable. You may be able to reschedule your booking if you contact the host 72 hours prior to arrival. Please note this is subject to availability.
• Email bookings only.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Stay in a standard double or twin room.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: loch view room - £25 or deluxe room - £50; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes 3 course dinner from set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options available. Set menu cannot be swapped with any other dishes from the á la carte. 2 and 3 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.
• Please note dinner and breakfast are reservation only; please book your space in advance. Dinner is served between 6pm - 8.30pm with slots available every 30 mins. Table is required back after 2 hours. Breakfast is served between 8am - 9:15am with slots available every 15 mins.
• Max of 2 children permitted; under 2 years stay free with cots free of charge, ages 2 & over £10 per child per night with existing bedding or £25 per child per night including breakfast to upgrade to a family room; payable directly to hotel. Family rooms sleep a max of 3 people.
• Max of 2 well behaved dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel. Please note hotel reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of £50 for any damage to the hotel during the stay. The hotel reserve the right to refuse any dog that they deem to be inappropriately behaved. Please discuss directly with hotel. Dogs are allowed in all of the public areas with the exception of the breakfast room.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
