• Voucher is valid from Mon 4 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 - 26, 30 - 31 Dec 2019, 1 Jan and 26 - 28 Mar 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Double or twin standard and loch view ensuite rooms available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior balcony room for a supplementary charge of £75 per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival; cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 2 children permitted; under 2 years stay free with cots free of charge, ages 2 & over £25 per person per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Well behaved dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel. Please note hotel reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of £50 for any damage to the hotel during the stay. The hotel reserve the right to refuse any dog that they deem to be inappropriately behaved. Please discuss directly with hotel.
• Dogs are allowed in all of the public areas with the exception of the breakfast room.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
