• Mon - Thur arrival: Voucher is valid from Mon 2 Nov 2020 until Thu 29 Jul 2021 and from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, valid Mon - Thur only; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Sat, 24 & 31 Dec 2020 and 1 Jan - 8 Mar 2021.

• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Standard double or twin room available - submit special request at time of booking for twin room.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Overnight stay: Includes 2 course dinner from the á la carte menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: starters: beef carpaccio - £3, seared scallops - £4, black pudding and apple bon bons - £2, salt and chilli halloumi - £2, mains: sirloin - £9.50, pan fried seabass - £4, pork belly - £3, confit duck leg - £3, Cajun salmon salad - £3 and stuffed aubergine - £2, desserts: cheese - £5, chocolate fondant - £4, cheesecake - £3, parfait - £2; payable directly to hotel. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. 2 night stay: Includes 2 course dinner on the first night only.
• Pre-booking dinner is advised. Meals may be served in areas other than the main restaurant and dining capacities may be adjusted due to social distancing measures.
• Includes a bottle of red, white or rose wine; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.
• Complimentary parking spaces available.
• Max of 1 children permitted if included in the overall headcount.
• Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
