Spice Explorer (beginner - approx 4 hours) - Saturdays
- Learn how to make 3 classic street food dishes:
- Veg pakora / aloo pakora
- Namak para
- Bread pakora / vada pao / spicy jeera aloo
- All served with fresh mint & coriander chutney, as well as a masala tea to enjoy
Advance Indulgence (advanced - approx 4 hours) - Sundays
- Prepare a full Indian feast with 4 main courses, such as:
- Paneer butter masala or butter chicken
- Pulao rice
- One dal
- One dry vegetable dish
- Chilli & garlic lachha paratha (Indian breads)
- Plus a surprise dessert
- Includes a take-home spice kit to recreate the dishes from scratch!

- Spice Explorer is valid on specific Saturdays at 11am. Excludes Sun-Fri. Workshops run on 16, 30 Aug, 13, 27, Sep, 11, 25 Oct, 8, 22 Nov & 6, 20 Dec 2025.
- Advance Indulgence is valid on specific Sundays at 11am. Excludes Mon-Sat. Workshops run on 17, 31 Aug, 14, 28 Sep, 12, 26 Oct, 9, 23 Nov & 7, 21 Dec 2025.
- Voucher must be booked by Fri 5 Dec 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
