Class times are available here.

Excludes Sundays and 5.30pm classes.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by 5 Aug 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.

Suitable for ages 18+.

Option 1: Valid for 2 sessions.

Option 2: Valid for 5 sessions.

Sessions can last 45-75 mins dependent on class chosen.

Max of 10 people per class.

Not suitable for those who are pregnant unless already practicing before pregnancy.

Members are advised to wear comfortable clothes, gym or sports clothing. Yoga mats and any additional equipment are provided.

Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
