• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Sep 2022 until Thu 29 Dec 2022, Sun - Thu; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Fri - Sat and 25 Dec 2022.
• Availability can be checked at https://deansretreats.co.uk/book-a-retreat
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 1 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted. 
• Check-in from 3pm, check-out will be stated when booking is confirmed.
• Penthouse apartment available with 1 king room, 1 double room and 1 sofa bed.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• A security deposit hold of £250 on a debit/credit card will be requested prior to check in; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.
• Children are permitted in the overall head count when accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.
• Members must be over 21 to stay and book
• No pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
