Today’s deal will see you tuck into some of Hotel Colessio’s delicious dishes. If you opt for two courses, you can kick off your meal with the likes of crab, chilli and lime tian with confit tomato and shellfish gazpacho; or smoked haddock rarebit with creamed leeks & pancetta and Arran mustard dressing.
For mains, you can tuck into delights like herb-crusted rack of lamb with Dauphionoise potato, wilted spinach and ratatouille; or slow-cooked featherblade of beef with truffle mash, baby veg and mushroom sauce.
