• Sun - Thu stay: Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Jul 2021 until Tue 31 Aug 2021. Excludes Fri - Sat stays.
• Fri - Sat stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Jul 2021 until Sat 28 Aug 2021. Excludes Sun - Thu stays.
• All stays are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Email bookings only.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.
• Standard double/twin available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Includes a pint of beer, 175ml glass of wine, vodka with mixer or a WKD on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Max of 1 child 0-11yrs permitted free of charge when sharing with 1 adult. Max of 2 people per room OR 2 adults and 1 cot.
• Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; please discuss directly with the hotel.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
