• Voucher is valid from Tue 25 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Fri; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes Saturdays and 2 Feb 2022.
• A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday; payable directly to hotel. 
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 1pm. 
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Rooms can be upgraded to the Valentine's (inc Prosecco or wine, sweets, card and a decorated bedroom) or Palentine's package (inc wine, sweets, card and decorated bedroom) for a supplementary charge of £30; payable directly to hotel. Available from 7 - 14 Feb 2022 only.
• Max of 2 children permitted for a supplementary charge of £20 for a sofa bed; payable directly.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
