• Voucher is valid until Thur 27 Feb 2020, Tue - Wed 6.45pm - 8.45pm and Thur 5pm - 7pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fri - Mon and 11, 24 - 25, 31 Dec 2019 and 1 Jan, 4, 19 Feb 2020.
• Advance booking not required.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suitable for all ages. Under 5s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Duration approx. 2hrs.
• Max of 100 people per session. If sessions are full, your voucher will remain valid for a future session.
• If you arrive after the session has started, you will only benefit from the remaining time for that session.
• Moderate level of fitness required.
• Skates are provided.
• Comfortable and warm clothing should be worn.
• The entrance to the ice skating rink is located on the lower mall beside Costa Coffee.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
