Small print

• Voucher is valid until 30th July 2014, Wed-Sun; subject to availability.
• Available at following times only: Wed-Fri: 11.30am, 2.30pm and 6pm. Sat-Sun: 11am, 5.45pm.
• Voucher excludes 18th, 19th 20th April and 5th & 26th May 2014.
• Weekend availability is very limited.
• Vouchers must be booked by 30th June 2014 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• One voucher can be redeemed per person; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts. Max of 4 permitted.
• Experience will last approx 1hr 30mins which will include gearing up time.
• Max of 6 people per group.
• Strictly over 12s only.
• Members should arrive at least 30-45mins prior to the start time of your lesson to collect passes and get kitted up. Please allow extra time for queuing at busy periods. Snow Factor reserve the right to refuse admission without refund or transfer.
• Members should bring warm, loose clothing and a pair of gloves. Snow Factor will provide boots, crampons, ice axes and harness/helmet.
• Clothing can be hired on the day for an additional £6.50 and gloves can be purchased for an additional charge.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 5 days of your lesson. 
• All telephone bookings carry a standard booking fee of £1.99 which is non-refundable, however, is not charged if bookings are made in person at the Snow Factor desk.
• Should members need to cancel or rearrange bookings, a minimum period of 5 days is required. All transfers will incur a £5 administration charge. £1.99 booking fees are also non-refundable. You risk forfeiting your voucher if you do not give at least 5 days notice prior to your booking & refunds will not be given for non-attendance to your lesson.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
