• Voucher is valid from Tue 27 Jul 2021 until Tue 30 Nov 2021, Tue - Wed & Fri 10am-5pm, Thu 10am-8pm and Sat 10am-3.30pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Sun - Mon and 6 - 18 Aug 2021.
• Please note limited availability on Thursday evenings and Saturdays.
• A supplementary charge of £10 per person is required for Saturday bookings; payable directly to salon.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 12 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Suitable for all ages; under 16’s must have parents’ permission.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group can receive treatment at the same time. Treatments will take place in separate treatment rooms.
• Includes a choice of 2 treatments each: back, neck and shoulder massage, Indian head massage, youthful hands (hand massage) or manicure inc cuticle work & polish; subject to change.
• Massage or Indian head massage is not suitable during pregnancy; other treatments are suitable after 20 weeks of pregnancy and while breastfeeding and suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission with a doctor’s note.
• All serious health conditions must have a doctor’s note before any treatment can be carried out; please discuss directly when booking.
• Duration: up to 90mins approx. depending on chosen treatments.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Please note that there are no further spa facilities.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
