Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sun 26 Jun 2016,  Fri – Sun; subject to availability.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Sun 5 June 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Sorry, only one voucher per member but multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am. 
• Double or twin standard room available.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on multiple nights.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge;  please discuss with hotel at time of booking.
• Free parking available.
• Children welcome, max one child per room. Children under 2 years stay free of charge and children aged 2-15 require £10 supplement (includes breakfast)
• Children are not permitted in the bar area under any circumstances but are welcome in the restaurant.
• Sorry, no dogs permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
