• Voucher is valid until 31 March 2016, 7 days a week, subject to availability.
• Excludes 13 and 14 Feb and 19 March 2016.
• Voucher must be booked by 3 March 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• £20 supplement per room per night for Saturday night stays.  Please arrange direct with Jesmond Dene House.
• One voucher can be redeemed per couple; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
• Multiple vouchers cannot be used on multiple nights.
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Members can upgrade their room for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge at full price, please discuss directly with Jesmond Dene House.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.

• Check in 3pm, late check out 1pm.
• Free onsite parking.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
