• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Oct until Sat 30 Nov 2024, Mon - Tue 4pm - 9pm, Wed - Thu & Sun 12noon - 9pm, Fri - Sat 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes OVO Hydro event dates available here: https://www.ovohydro.com/whats-on 
• Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Fri 22 Nov 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 vouchers per person / 6 vouchers per table. 
• Includes 2 courses (starters and mains) from set menu only; subject to change. 
• Includes a glass of Prosecco each; subject to availability. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• Please note supplements will apply to certain dishes and will be clearly listed on the menu.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. 
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• Wheelchair access available.

• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
