Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Nov 2018 until Thu 31 Jan 2019, Mon - Thur 10am - 8pm, Fri 10am - 5pm, Sat 6pm - 9pm, Sun 6pm - 8pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 20 Dec 2018 – 6 Jan 2019, all bank holidays and school holidays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thu 10 Jan 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Duration approx. 2hrs.  Recommended last booking times Sat - Thu 7pm and Fri 5pm to ensure you enjoy your 2 hr session. 
• Please note waiver must be filled out prior to your session.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 2+; under 5’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the arena, ages 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult on site at all times and ages 12 – 18 years must have a parent or guardian fill out the waiver but do not have to be accompanied.
• Valid for one session.
• Adult spectators are free of charge.
• Max of 300 people per session  
• Some areas within the arena require height restrictions.
• Max weight: 160kg.
• Includes 20% off in the cafe for itison members.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
